THE LARGEST DOUBLE DECKER EXHIBITION STAND IN UKRAINE
Let’s consider the unique case of the CARSHE company on the design and construction of the largest two-story exhibition stand in Ukraine.
This order came from our regular client – the famous tour operator ANEX tour. The customer’s company celebrated the anniversary of its creation and sought to celebrate it on a large scale during the international tourism exhibition UITT in Kyiv.
Our team was tasked with developing an exclusive double deck exhibition stand with a second floor area of 300 square meters. This should be a unique exposition, unprecedented in scale at exhibitions in Ukraine before this time.
Since CARHE is well known for its innovation and bold solutions, we gladly accepted this challenge and set to work with great enthusiasm.
It is worth noting that by that time we had already built more than a dozen exclusive two-story exhibition stands for the ANEX tour company, but all of them were not so large:
DESIGNING OF ANEX TOUR EXHIBITION STAND
The CARCHE design department was faced with a challenging but exciting task.
It is necessary to create a two-story exhibition stand the size of a cottage, preserving the traditional exhibition style of the ANEX tour company and all the necessary functionality with dozens of work areas, meeting rooms, utility rooms and a bar. And the icing on the cake is that this entire large-scale structure must be assembled and decorated in two and a half days, which are allotted for the installation of stands at this exhibition.
However, this did not scare the designers, architects and constructors of our company. They boldly plunged into work, actively studying the difficult technical task.
The result of persistent intellectual work was the creation the excellent design project, which took into account all the wishes of the customer. On the ground floor behind the reception desks there were several dozen representatives of popular tourist hotels. They were provided with comfortable meeting areas, convenient utility rooms and a kitchenette. On the second floor there is a large bar with lounge areas and a personal office for the director of the ANEX tour company.
We made the frame of the stand from special exhibition structures Octanorm Double Form made in Germany. The walls of the exhibition stand were covered with premium laminated chipboard and glass. Two types of high-quality laminate were installed on the floor of the second story. The stand had a luxurious decoration with a large number of 3D logos, lightings, lightboxes, printing and LED screens.
The design documentation for the exhibition stand contained more than a hundred pages of detailed drawings and diagrams. We will demonstrate it partially for a better understanding of the process of creating this project from design development to implementation:

In addition to the unique project of the two-story ANEX tour stand, the CARCHE company built four more exclusive exhibition stands at this tourism exhibition.

Thanks to many years of experience in exhibition management and detailed planning of all work, we were able to successfully design and build the largest two-story exhibition stand in Ukraine for ANEX tour. The client was satisfied, as he brightly celebrated the company’s anniversary and attracted great attention to his brand from all visitors to the exhibition.
