Exhibition design
CARSHE company specializes in the complex design and development of exhibitions, conferences, and forums.
We help organizers formulate the concept of the event, prepare a design project for the exhibition, and carry out installation and decoration on location.
We ourselves have been organizing exhibitions such as «Modern Education in Ukraine», «KYIV JEWELLERY SHOW», «BEAUTY ACADEMY» and «DESIGN ACADEMY» for more than 10 years, so we know the nuances of this matter very well. We understand that sometimes a participant can be added several days before the start of the event and we need to find the opportunity to build an exhibition stand for him as well.

Design for conferences and forums
CARSHE company actively cooperates with organizers of conferences, congresses and forums throughout Ukraine. You can order the design of a photo zone, the construction of individual exhibition stands for event participants and the comprehensive decoration of event halls.
If it necessary, we can provide the event with multimedia equipment, furniture, display cases and podiums, and organize catering.

Filling out the brief
You fill out our short questionnaire with basic information about the project (dates of the event, size of the exhibition stand, number of exhibits, etc.). You can also indicate any information that you consider important
Concept preparation
Our designers will develop a layout and the first 3D visualization of the project, according to the assignment
Approval of the project and estimate
We approve the stand design, make adjustments if necessary and update the visualization. We coordinate production materials, prepare and approve a detailed estimate. We sign a cooperation agreement
Preparation of working documentation
Our architects prepare detailed drawings of the stand. Compile order lists for materials. Managers prepare permits for construction at the exhibition center
Stand production
We transfer the drawings to our production and begin the manufacturing process. We carefully pack the finished items and load them onto pallets
Installation and dismantling
The installation team arrives at the location at the agreed time, assembles the stand and carries out all the work. You accept a completely finished project. After the event, the same team dismantles everything, cleans it and takes it away
